Welcome to SlimPay's Release Notes! They are updated periodically with product improvements, bug fixes and other important information for our clients. 


💡Product improvements


✅  Dashboard


  • Bulk payments—Direct Debit (SDD) payments can now be canceled in bulk from the Dashboard. You can select several or all payments by ticking the box in the upper left.


  • Updated icon—the Documents icon has been updated.
  • Forgotten password emails—now translated and sent in the language the user has chosen to view the Dashboard.


✅  Checkout

  • Merchants can now skip the Checkout page for document signatures. Merchants can configure the solution (with CS team) to skip the Checkout page, which includes the mobile phone number and IBAN. 
  • New language available—Checkout now supports Polish. See all the languages 

✅  Other

  • Browser compatibility—Checkout and Dashboard are supported in the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari. We no longer support IE 11. 


✨ Bug fixes

✅  Dashboard

  • It was impossible to see all payments when clicking on the Payment button.
  • R-transactions were displaying incorrectly on the Reporting page.
  • Dashboard was not loading when a user refreshed the page from their browser.

✅  Checkout

  • The date picker was choosing the wrong date for the signature. 
  • Sign by Link was showing an error screen in the Back Office. 

✅  Other

  • Access was being refused in pre-prod when a merchant wanted to see the details of a card payment plan. (API)


⚠️ For clients who continue to use the Back Office, please opt for the Dashboard, where the same features can be found. You will no longer have access to the Back Office in June 2022. Please contact Customer Support for any questions.
