Balance Management




You will find in this article a demo video about your balance management, but also some frequently asked questions regarding: 


The balance statement on the SlimPay Dashboard corresponds to the amount available in your SlimPay account for withdrawal or use (processing refunds, for instance). 

The statement balance, available funds and variable reserve sections are displayed under the Balance tab on the Dashboard. 

As a reminder, the available funds are the balance statement minus the variable reserve.*

Please contact your account manager if you have questions regarding fees or other contractual terms. 

*An amount held by SlimPay on all the funds collected on your payment account. This amount allows us to account for potential failed transactions from debtors (rejects, returns, refunds). 


How to transfer available funds

For a funds transfer, you have two possibilities: a manual one or an automatic one. 


Manual transfer

Manage Payments tab

Click on > Funds transfer > select the amount and the bank account > Request Funds Transfer Create credit transfer section > Check available funds > Select amount and execution date > click on " create SCT" 

NB: You can choose the amount with a manual transfer.

Automatic transfer

SlimPay can configure an automatic transfer of available funds, depending on the frequency you want. It can be daily, weekly or monthly.

To set up an automatic transfer, simply send a request to our Customer Success team at

NB: You cannot choose the amount with an automatic transfer. The total amount of available funds will be transferred.

How to search funds transfer

 You can search and filter by:

  • date
  • status
  • amount (per page displayed)
  • reference (per page displayed)

You can search and filter by:

  • execution date
  • devise
  • payment reference
  • execution status
