Reporting Management

Introduction

This article covers:

 

It is a kind of detailed bank statement. You can download it in .csv format. The file will display all transactions carried out within the selected period and associated fees. 

Important Note: Fees associated to the transactions executed are directly applied to your SlimPay account and indicated in your monthly invoice (sending by mail, to the one you've mentioned during your integration).  

Fees linked to card transactions are not in the reporting. These fees will be available on your monthly invoice.

How to read the balance summary ?

The balance summary is here to help you understand what is happening on your SlimPay account.It is a summary of the important numbers (the details will be then available on your reporting).

Details of the amounts

Statement balance : 1000€
= balance of your SlimPay account on a chosen date = total of all the executed payments

Variable reserve: 550€
= total of the funds that cannot be transferred on your company account: (reserve + ongoing payouts + ongoing fees)
___Reserve : 300€
= reserve that SlimPay must keep in case of rejected payments = fixed + variable reserve
___Ongoing payouts: 245€
= total amount of the transfer(s) in progress from your SlimPay account to your company account or refunds in progress.
___Ongoing fees : 5€
= SlimPay fees deducted on your SlimPay account, these fees are taken on direct debits (FEE-SDD), rejected direct debits (FEE-REJ), returned direct debit (FEE-RET), refunds (FEE-REB) and fund transfers (FEE-SCT)

Available funds : 450€
= fund currently available and transferable on your company account [balance - variable reserve]

Statement balance at 01/01/2019 : 0€
= balance of your SlimPay account on 01/01/2019

Statement balance at 31/01/2019 : 1000€
= balance of your SlimPay account on 01/01/2019 = total of all the executed payments

Transfers/Reimbursements in progress : 0€
= total amount of the transfer(s) in progress from your SlimPay account to your company account or refunds in progress

Current costs : 10€
= SlimPay fees deducted on your SlimPay account, these fees are taken on direct debits (FEE-SDD), rejected direct debits (FEE-REJ), returned direct debit (FEE-RET), refunds (FEE-REB) and fund transfers (FEE-SCT)

Minimum balance : 300€
= reserve that SlimPay must keep in case of rejected payments  = fixed + variable reserve

Available funds at 31/01/2019 : 690€
= fund currently available and transferable on your company account: [balance - (fee + reserve)]

 

How to download reports?

How can I read my reporting ?

The reporting allows you to have a global overview of your activity on a specific period of time. The information you can find in it are: 

Column name (see header) Description
"Line" Number of the line, from 1 to N
"Execution_Date" Execution date of the transaction
"Transaction_ID" Unique reference of the transaction
"Client_Reference" Unique client reference provided by the merchant
"Debtor_Name" Debtor's first and last name (individual) or the company name (corporate)
"OP_Code" Type of the transaction (you can find all the operational code here)
"Amount" Amount of the transaction
"Value_Date"

For the direct debit, it is the date when the funds are credited to the account.

For the rejected and returns, it is the date when the funds are debited from the account.

For other operations, the value date is generally equal to the execution date.

"Credit_value" Amount credited to the account
"Debit_value" Amount debited from the account
"Label" Label of the transaction
"Invoice_Reference" Invoice reference provided by the merchant
"Initial_Transaction_ID" For rejects and returns, the "Transaction_ID" value of the initial transaction
