Dashboard Roles Definitions

Preliminary note 

The Dashboard is an online interface that allows the creditor (merchant) to see and monitor the mandates and transactions that he does with SlimPay.

The Dashboard can be accessed on two different platforms:

Roles Definition

Administrator credentials are provided by SlimPay’s Customer Success team. The Administrator can invite his team and assign them predefined roles through the “Team” page.

The first account is created by SlimPay for the Administrator role.

Once the administrator is connected to the Dashboard, he will be able to invite more people to the Dashboard and to assign them a predefined role.
