Managing profiles and users

This feature enables a users to create custom user profiles with access to selected features. The back office allows, as well, the management of users (create, deactivate, modify).

Let’s take the example of a merchant who is using a telesales company. They may want to grant certain accesses to the call centre agent in contact with prospects (possibility of adding certain information, update payment information …), while restricting other accesses.

You will find these options in the "Admin" menu.
