SlimPay management tools

Introduction

Once your contract with Slimpay is signed, you will benefit from a management tool in order to monitor all your activities: payment authorizations (mandates and card aliases), payments (direct debits, card payments), reports and balance.

The "administrator" user will provide accesses to his/her team (the Administrator user is the technical contact you have mentioned during the Onboarding).

 Description

The Back Office is the first online interface that allows the merchant to see and monitor transactions that it does with SlimPay.

The login and password for the administrator are given by our customer support. The administrator profile can then invite each member of his/her team.

NB: the SlimPay Back Office configuration depends on the merchant's contract, signed beforehand.

The Dashboard is the second version.

To have access to the platform, you have to enter your email in order to generate your password.

Important note

If you are using the Back Office, do not hesitate to ask for a Dashboard migration !
