I don't manage to connect, what can I do ?

If you don't manage to connect to the Back Office or Dashboard, please follow these instructions:

  • Enter your password without using copy and paste
  • Clear the memory cache of your browser 
  • Clear the memory cache of your browser 

In pre-production
