Balance Management

Introduction

The balance statement corresponds to the amount available in your SlimPay account for withdrawal or use (refunds for instance).

Statement balance, available funds and variable reserve sections are displayed.

As a reminder, the available funds are the balance statement subtracting the variable reserve.*

*A hold back amount by SlimPay on all the funds collected on your payment account. This amount allows us to face potential failed transactions from debtors (reject, return, refund).
